We’re a UK business utility broker, founded in 2019. There are between 10 and 20 of us, and we plan to stay that size.
That decision is the reason for most of the awards on this page. The Energy Live Consultancy Awards have shortlisted us every year since 2022 for Best Customer Service in the SME category. In 2024 we won it. We were also a Water Industry Awards finalist in 2022 for Consultancy of the Year.
We compare business electricity, gas, water, meter installs, card terminals and waste contracts. No upfront fees. The supplier you contract with at the end pays us. If we can’t beat what you’ve got, we tell you, and you stay put.

| What working with us feels like | Most brokers run a captive panel of three or four suppliers and get paid more when they recommend a particular one. We don’t. We pull quotes across the wider supplier market and put the best two or three in front of you. If that means recommending a supplier that pays us less, we recommend them anyway. Before we quote, we read your existing bills. Surface drainage charges on a site that doesn’t drain to the public sewer. A standing charge that’s been wrong for two years. Trade effluent volume assumptions that haven’t been revisited since the consent was first written. Sometimes there’s nothing. Often there is. We charge no upfront fees, ever. The supplier you sign with pays us, which is the standard broker model in the UK. It also means we don’t get paid if we can’t beat your existing setup. Renewal management is the bit that quietly matters. We track the end dates on every contract we’ve ever placed and open the renewal conversation about 120 days before expiry. The cheapest quotes on a new fixed contract usually sit 3 to 6 months out from your end date. |

| Who we work with | UK businesses, every size and sector. We have particular depth in hospitality, hotels, golf clubs, manufacturing, healthcare, care homes, schools, charities, and farms. They’re sectors where utility spend is large enough to matter and where the contracts are complicated enough that doing it well takes specific knowledge. The smallest accounts we work with spend a few thousand pounds a year on utilities. The largest are in the high six figures across multiple sites. |
