Why we point you to independent reviews

Any broker can put a glowing quote on its own website and choose which ones you see. Trustpilot works differently. The reviews come from real customers, the broker can’t quietly delete the awkward ones, and you can read how a company replies when something hasn’t gone to plan. That’s a far better signal than a testimonials page we’ve curated ourselves.

It sits alongside the other reference point worth having, which is independent industry recognition. We’ve been a finalist at The Energy Live Consultancy Awards every year since 2022 and won Best Customer Service (SME) in 2024, judged by a panel that watches this sector full-time. How we treat feedback

We’d rather hear a problem than have it sit quietly in a one-star review, so we ask every customer for an honest account and we read the ones that sting as closely as the ones that flatter.
